The Slikke coat is the most versatile, permissive, and suitable waterproof jacket for our local hunts. The Aquaseal waterproof and windproof microporous membrane used in the construction of the Slikke II coat prevents rainwater from entering while allowing moisture to escape through its micro-pores. The membrane is designed with interwoven fibers that create imperceptible pores to block water penetration while enabling the body-generated moisture (vapor) to evaporate.

The Slikke jacket has sealed and waterproof zippers. At the back of the front zipper, there is a gutter to provide extra protection against water infiltration. The seams of the coat are overlapped and sealed with the most waterproof adhesive in the industry. It features waterproof cuffs to offer additional protection against water and humidity.

At the shoulders, where rain hits the hardest, the Slikke II has a molded, seamless one-piece construction to increase waterproofing in that area. It also includes a silicone grip with a stopper to keep your backpack or weapon sling securely in place. The silicone on the shoulders also helps distribute the weight and limit water infiltration caused by compression of the membrane from your gear's weight.

The side ventilations under the arms with zippers are designed to regulate and control body heat. The three front pockets are positioned at a height that allows easy access while wearing a hip-mounted backpack.

Regarding the hood, it features a semi-rigid brim to protect the head from showers. The internal adjustment for the face opening prevents potential water infiltration, complemented by a gutter system and barrel adjustment. The rear adjustment of the hood allows for unobstructed vision and enables the hood to follow head movements. Each zipper pull has a silicone grip for easier opening and closing, with or without gloves.
